This survey is being run by the AHC Health Equity Team. It will help us understand how patients like to engage with health services, preferred ways of communicating and any barriers patients face when trying to access primary health care at AHC.
This is a short survey for any AHC patients and takes 3-4 minutes to complete. You can access the survey here.
This survey is being run by the Whanganui Regional Health Network. It is focused on patient experience with the new wellbeing team at Aramoho.

To understand more about our CarePlus patients’ needs, we are asking people to complete a brief survey on what services they currently use, what they value most in their health care, and what additional services might be helpful for CarePlus.

Patient Experience Survey
This is a national survey run by the Health Quality and Safety Commission designed to find out what patients’ experience in primary health care is like and how their overall care is managed between their general practice, diagnostic services, specialists and/or hospital staff. The information is used to improve the quality of service delivery and patient safety. More information on this survey can be found here.
