It is a website that allows you to access your health information online. It's easy to use and confidential.

ManageMyHealthTM is hosted in a secure environment in New Zealand. It does rely on you to keep your password a secret and to take all reasonable measures to protect your information.

View your medical records
Book appointments
Request repeat prescriptions
View your lab results
Send secure messages
View your immunisation records
Manage your health goals
Update your personal records

Note: Some of these services may not be available and some may have a fee. This will be outlined on the website.

Register for ManageMyHealth

Registering for ManageMyHealthTM is simple, you can come into reception to register where you will receive an activation code or you can complete the form below and we will email you the activation code along with instructions.

Please note for both options you need to be a registered patient of Aramoho Health, you will need a personal email address and you will need to provide proof of identity.

You may be contacted by the Practice to verify your identity and/or confirm any other medical relevant details.
